Description
Pre-Broken In Magnesium Float
This float comes broken in to give you the best results right out of the box. Once your top is flat from screeding, use a magnesium float to flatten and smooth the top while opening the pores of the fresh concrete, allowing bleed water to evaporate and air to escape. Once the concrete is firm enough and all bleed water has evaporated, use a steel trowel for your final finish.
Light weight magnesium produces a smoother finish than wood. Troweling surface is approximately 16" x 3".
Uncoated magnesium means no need to break in.
If using the White Countertop Mix, it is highly recommended to use the Lexan Float instead.
Shipping Information
- Most packages ship Standard Ground (UPS or FedEx) from one or more of our shipping locations. Some small products may ship USPS. Large orders may ship with a freight carrier. Please be aware that your order may be shipping from different locations at different times.
- Ground orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Processing time for weekend orders will begin on the following Monday. Expedited orders will same day if placed before 1pm Eastern. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays DO NOT count as shipping days (ie. a Next Day Air Order placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday
- Please THOROUGHLY inspect your packages as soon as they are delivered for damage or missing items. If any items in your shipment are damaged or missing please contact us at 570-587-3799 immediately to take care of replacements. Replacements will ship via Standard Ground.

- LTL Freight shipments to a residential addresses are curb side (end of driveway) deliveries. The Freight company will contact you via phone number provided to schedule delivery window.
- Freight transit map can be viewed below. These times are to your local terminal and are a rough estimate only. The time until delivery can vary depending on your vicinity to the freight terminal and the terminals current volume.
- We do not ship White Countertop Mix outside the Lower 48 States. Customers in Canada can order through their nearest distributor.

- Do you deliver to Europe?
- We can ship to Europe but it gets expensive to ship some of our larger and heavier items. If you checkout online, it will calculate the correct freight price though. You can also try purchasing through our European distributor here - www.dutchdesignbeton.nl
- What size is the magnesium float? I don't see it listed anywhere in the description.
- The troweling surface is 16" x 3". I will add this info to the product description.
