- Eligible returns are as follows: Unopened products within 90 days of customer receiving order. Must be in original packaging and resellable condition when product arives to Returns Department. Resellable condition means the entire SKU must be returned. We cannot accept returns, for instance, on Edge Packages where singular edge pieces or backwall pieces are missing. Partially returned SKUs will not be credited. All items subject to inspection before credit is issued.
- If items do not meet our return parameters, please feel free to post a resale listing on our forum or any other online marketplace!
- Customer must contact us by phone or email within 90 days of receiving order to open an RMA . Please email firstname.lastname@example.org your order # and products you wish to return to initiate a RMA and receive further instructions.
- Customer is responsible for all standard shipping costs to return the products.
- We refund your money in the same way you originally paid less 10% fee for restocking. Original shipping is non-refundable.
- We process refunds within one week after receiving the returned products.
- Returned items must be sent UPS or FedEx. Improperly packaged items that incur damage may not be refunded. Any product that shows signs of use may also be denied.
Support Bracket Returns
- Same policy as above with a shortened 30 day return window.
Sink and Faucet Returns
- All sink, faucet and accessory sales are final. We are unable to take returns on these items at this time.
- If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us and we will get it replaced.
