Description

The Full Bullnose Z Counterform is ideal for cast-in-place concrete countertops where a round edge profile is desired.

90" Full Package -  includes eight - 90" pieces (60 linear feet) and eight - 90" backwall pieces (60 linear feet).

90" Half Package -  includes four - 90" pieces (30 linear feet) and four - 90" backwall pieces (30 linear feet).

To use, place 1/2" cement board (Durock or Hardie Backer) on top of the cabinets. The cement board should be cut flush to the edge of the cabinets and held in place with silicon caulking. The forms will then be screwed into the cement board with a 5/8" x #10 panhead screw . After the concrete is poured, the forms are snapped off along the designated "break point" to reveal a beautiful clean edge.

Reviews

Great forms!

"These forms worked great. I bought the forms and the additive to pour concrete counter tops but it never cured, it was mixed according to the instructions but after 3 weeks the countertops are still not fully set. Get the forms skip the additive."

Countertop form

"Out of the 32 ft. Of forms I was able to use about 12 ft. .Most of the form had separated during shipping.i guess I could have taped it back together but i chose not to. All in all kinda disappointed but didn't want to wait longer to send it back."

"It performed as advertised , not easy to cut the small pieces but doable . This was probably me but I got a lot of air bubbles that made little pits when I removed the forms."

good and bad

"very pricey diy project. the forms are great minus the flat ones that go on the backside. they really don't keep their shape and are very difficult to keep straight. maybe thicker plastic would be better."

Q&A

Hi Will the full bullnose edge forms curve around a curved cabinet?
No, these will not bend. You can use the Square Edge Form as we sell that in a bendable options but the bullnose form would be tough to make work here. Please feel free to email or call and we can provide more info on this.
Do you sell the edge forms without the back wall pieces? I am building an outdoor cook station that will be an island and does not require back wall pieces.
All of our form packages are assembled in the manufacturing line and the back wall pieces act as spacers to help prevent damage in shipping. For this reason, we do not pull packages apart. The back wall pieces are considered "included for free".
Can you get extra pieces other than getting a full pack
We only sell the forms in the half (30ft.) and full (60ft.) packages.
Would I be able to use this for a countertop that has a very slight curve?
You can bend the forms by cutting relief V notches in them but how much you can bend them depends on the profile you choose. The more decorative profiles will start to deform as you bend them too far. The Square edge can bend to any radius and the Half Bullnose and Fancy will also bend pretty well.
I don't see the form for back of countertop pour
They are included in the form packages. Please look in the product description for the the Full and Half packages and it will tell you exactly what comes in each.
