The Sample Kit includes (1) 2.5" piece of Square, Bullnose, Half Bullnose, Quarter Bullnose, Fancy, Double Fancy, Ogee, Modern Edge and a backwall piece.
Shipping Information
- Most packages ship Standard Ground (UPS or FedEx) from one or more of our shipping locations. Some small products may ship USPS. Large orders may ship with a freight carrier. Please be aware that your order may be shipping from different locations at different times.
- Ground orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Processing time for weekend orders will begin on the following Monday. Expedited orders will same day if placed before 1pm Eastern. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays DO NOT count as shipping days (ie. a Next Day Air Order placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday
- Please THOROUGHLY inspect your packages as soon as they are delivered for damage or missing items. If any items in your shipment are damaged or missing please contact us at 570-587-3799 immediately to take care of replacements. Replacements will ship via Standard Ground.

Customers in Canada may purchase a limited selection of our products directly on our website. When doing so, all shipping, taxes, duties and brokerage charges are billed at checkout. - LTL Freight shipments to a residential addresses are curb side (end of driveway) deliveries. The Freight company will contact you via phone number provided to schedule delivery window.

- We do not ship White Countertop Mix outside the Lower 48 States. Customers in Canada can order through their nearest distributor.

Great products, poor shipping policy
"The kit itself is great, I love the products and have used them before. What is completely ridiculous is the shipping process. A 4”x5”x9” package shouldn’t taking 10 business days to arrive. I ordered quite a few items after receiving my sample kit and at check out it said that it would arrive in 6 business days. I order it on the 5th, now we are 4 business days in and the shipment still says it is in PA. One other thing I don’t agree with is the disclaimer after you have already paid asking you to agree with delayed shipping times. Sorry but no! If that is something I am going to agree to then it better be communicated in the estimated shipping time so I have a choice to proceed knowing all the information. I think this is a very poor business approach and each time the message has popped up I just closed the page, so apparently it doesn’t matter if you agree or not."

Great Selection & Quick Delivery
"Super pleased with how the sample turned out and the quality of material used. The samples came within 3 business days and was fantastic. The only reason that I lowered my rating is that I feel for new customers (especially the customers that they attract with being able to buy so much material for all process of constructing the countertops) that the sample should be free. As a company that is looking to make Z Counterform a main supplier, I feel that samples should be sent for free as much larger business typically follows. Overall this is an amazing product and high quality that I envision my company using for years to come."
